  • What are the benefits of creating a Jippli account?
    As a Jippli account holder, you will be notified of all new product releases, have access to your order history, receive discount codes and special offers via email, have access to our Blog allowing you to chat with others about all sorts of baby topics, and allows you to participate in discounted subscription services!
  • What is the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your order by logging into your Jippli account and clicking on the My Orders link. If you have additional questions on your order, feel free to reach out to us by email phone call as listed on the Contact Us page.
  • Can I cancel or adjust my order?
    Our fulfillment team processes orders fast! However, reach out to us asap if you want to make any edits or cancellations to your order and we will try to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
  • Why isn’t my promo code working?
    If your promo code isn’t working, first make sure it was entered correctly. If it still doesn’t work, either some or all of the products are not eligible for promotions or the promo code has expired. You can only use one promo code per order.
  • How do I know if my order was placed?
    Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation number at the end of the check out process. You will also receive an email to the email address associated with your account. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.
  • Besides this website, where can I buy Jippli products?
    Jippli products are over! Check the most populat e-commerce websites, department store websites, local baby stores, supermarkets, and many other locations.
  • Shipping destinations, delivery time, and shipping costs?
    We will ship to any city in the USA! Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days with additional time needed for Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Cost is determined by the destination, shipping method, location, and size of the shipment. You can see your shipping charges in your shopping cart which considers all of those factors.
  • How do I get free shipping?
    All orders over $50 receive free shipping (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous locations)! Members can also receive promo codes with discounted or free shipping.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Of course! You can also find our products in shops internationally. Contact Us to find out if our products are sold at a shop nearby to you!
  • How do I track my order?
    We will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number which includes the carrier who will be delivering your package. You can also track your order in the Order Status link of your member page.
  • When will my order ship?
    All orders are processed Monday – Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or US holidays.
  • What is your return policy?
    Not satisfied with your order? We will happily replace your order within 30 days as long as it’s in its original packaging, unused, and in new condition. No restocking fees! Please submit a return request in your member portal under My Account, Orders. We do not refund shipping fees, nor are we responsible for the cost of shipping the product for any return. We also do not offer exchanges. Please ensure to keep your order information and tracking number for reference during the return process. Your refund will be process within 10 days to the original method of payment.
  • What are your current promotions?

  • How do I become a Jippli partner or affiliate?

  • What does your limited warranty cover?
    Jippli warrants this product is free of material defects in material or workmanship, subject to the exceptions stated herein. This warranty is to the original consumer purchaser only, if the claim is made to us within 60 days of the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser (proof of purchase date is required). Our warranty is limited to normal and intended use of the as-received product. This warranty does not cover damage in transit, inadequate care or neglect, abnormal use, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, damage due to natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water (except if product is specifically identified by us in writing as intended for water use and then only as identified), battery leakage or improper installation, improper assembly, storage or maintenance of the product, improper service, an act of God (such as a fire) or any other cause not arising from material defects in material and workmanship. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. There are no warranties which extend beyond what is expressly stated in this warranty.
  • What if an item was damaged in shipping?
    If a shipment from jippli.com arrives with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us.
  • What orders are subject to sales tax?
    Jippli LLC collects and remits sales tax on purchases made on this site as required by applicable state law. If you live in a jurisdiction where Jippli does not collect sales tax, you may be obligated to self-report and pay use tax on your purchases from this site.
  • What if I’m ordering for an organization that is tax exempt?
    Our e-commerce site was designed for supporting consumers and does not support tax exempt orders from organizations. If your organization places an order for delivery in a state which we have nexus, we recommend you retain the receipt and request a refund for sales tax paid when filing your sales tax returns.
